Vocal Tracks

Listening to one of the local morning shows this morning, I was alerted to one of the coolest concepts on YouTube: Isolated Vocal Tracks.

Apparently, in this era of remastering, digitizing, etc, there have been a ton of old vocal tracks dug up from classic rock recordings. No instruments, no background harmonies, just the lead singer in the recording booth doing his or her part.

And some of it is absolutely fantastic.
