Life got busy, so I haven't been able to watch live. And bad word-of-mouth has kept me from watching online.
And now I'm starting to regret my departure from Heroes Night.
First Seth Green shows up.
And now?
John Fucking Glover.
Guess it's time to start catching up.
Ayup...
*whew*
More coherent thoughts to come after sleep. Two hour episodes that go till 10 pm can really suck up an evening.
The girl who plays Maya on Heroes was also Callisto in X3.
And a part of Xander's threesome fantasy during season 7.
The things we learn.
But damn I'm making some icons out of them.
I found a write-up about this blog on Rotten Tomatoes. Here's the link to the blog entry in question, posted by Heroes director Greg Beeman. A bunch of goofy behind-the-scenes pictures, and down at the bottom are cast pictures apparently related to the upcoming movie.... ummm... Cloverfield/Monstrous/1-8-08, whatever you want to call it; the really kick-ass home video monster movie teaser that played before Transformers. I haven't been able to watch the new trailer yet, so I can't answer whether Slusho is mentioned or not, but I guess there's a link.
All I know is that icons must be made. And if no one else is going to do it, then I will.
Ah, well, I will anyway.
Why do I have two Hiro icons but no Mr. Bennetts? He's been one of my favorite characters for a while.
That's probably been asked by a couple thousand more people before it struck me.
- A great audio interview with David Yates about HBP. He talks about the cave scene, about how he's handling H/G R/Hr, and Dumbledore, as well as just the tone of the movie in general.
- Next chapter is plotted out in my head. It's actiony, and I finally figured out the climax.
Okay, ONE of the climaxes.
I REALLY hope I can keep it to one section, because I don't want to split it if I can help it.
- Great webcomics from Sheldon on Saturday and Sunday.
The Saturday one is a truth is stranger than fiction bit, actually. The box that Sheldon reads is nothing compared to some of the horrible translations I've seen on toy boxes at Big Lots.
And I want the Sunday one as a t-shirt or bumper sticker.
- Most importantly:
Heroes Heroes Heroes!
Question about an episode:
End of the summer is this Tuesday.
Sunrise, sunset.
Certainly helped that I used to feel obligated to post every day, and now I don't.
Here's what I have. I've also listed them all at the bottom, so if you want to jump anywhere from here go ahead.
Starting Chapter 2 of Our Little Wilkins tonight. If you've read Chapter 1, you know that things are going to get interesting.
Yes, that's a Heroes spoiler. Without a cut.
I don't care, because you have no idea what I'm talking about.
Just...
Shit!
THAT was an episode.
Such as it is, holy shit.
I do believe enough has happened this week. Jesus Fookin Christ.
